Two ‘General Hospital’ Crew Members Sue ABC Citing Vaccine Mandate and Religious Discimination

Two former “Common Clinic” crew customers, Jim Wahl and Timothy Wahl, are suing ABC for wrongful termination just after staying fired for not having vaccinated from COVID-19. In the suit, acquired by Wide range, they claim that “ABC’s steps represent spiritual discrimination and violate Plaintiffs’ rights beneath point out law.”
“On Nov. 9, 2021, ABC officially denied Plaintiffs’ requests for spiritual exemptions to the Covid Vaccine Mandate,” the fit reads. “It gave no purpose for its choice, other than to say that the organization was ‘unable to conclude that you are prevented from obtaining the Covid-19 vaccine due to a sincerely-held spiritual perception, practice, or observance.’”

The fit continued: “Plaintiffs desire a judicial declaration that ABC’s vaccine mandate is unconstitutional simply because it violates their ideal to privacy less than Short article I, area 1 of the California Constitution. This is both a facial and an as-used obstacle.”
ABC and Disney declined to comment on the go well with.
This is not the 1st fit to occur from “General Hospital” staff about the vaccine mandate. In December 2021, solid member Ingo Rademacher also sued just after getting religious exemptions denied by the community. Rademacher played Jasper “Jax” Jacks on the exhibit for almost 25 yrs.
